ircg_lusers
Description
bool ircg_lusers ( resource connection )
ircg_lusers() will request a statistical
breakdown of users on the network connected to on
connection. The answer is sent to the
output defined by ircg_set_file() or
ircg_set_current().
Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.
