Returns MYSQLI_RPL_MASTER, MYSQLI_RPL_SLAVE or MYSQLI_RPL_ADMIN depending on a query type. INSERT, UPDATE and similar are master queries, SELECT is slave, and FLUSH, REPAIR and similar are admin.
